Nobody in your company seems to know that you had Frey chocolate balls with cinnamon in your range a few years ago...?
Sorry Migros but I just have to laugh, it takes 5 days for a casual "Yes, thank you" answer, no clarification or the like happened, because otherwise someone in the company would certainly have known that they already existed, so I as a customer who hardly goes to Migros every month knew it because I ate them myself, they were just too shy with the cinnamon for my taste, a little more would have been better.
The forum support seems a bit unmotivated, I'm just reading through what I missed and it's not much, meanwhile a little tree has probably dried up and died because a person seeking help in another thread has been waiting for an answer for 12 days because nobody feels responsible and nobody can read a piece of paper in 12 days that is stuck in the tree for information, lol. And you don't know where the chili cottage cheese has gone even after two months of clarification. But the best thing was when someone opened the thread and criticized that there were too many reviews, which was no fun, and two days later Migros said: THANK YOU FOR SO MANY REVIEWS YOU WRITE SO MUCH AS NEVER THANK YOU SUPER TOLL!!!! As we understand it, however, it's more about the fact that other varieties (such as those with cinnamon) are being added to the Freylini Classics.
