Beef shoulder for braised meat
I seared the beef shoulder 540 g for chf 24.00 and then put it in the oven at 150 degrees for 1.5 hours in a casserole at 150 degrees, should have been perfect as it was cooked with vegetables and stock, but not with the beef shoulder from Migros Altstetten today 26.9.26. dry as a fart, hard, completely inedible meat. Really miserable quality today. About 2 months ago, a 500g shoulder of beef bought in Migros was top. The quality fluctuates unpredictably. I no longer buy beef from Migros.
