I'm really pleased that the High Protein processed cheese slices are back on sale! It would be nice to include even more low-fat cheese varieties. E.g. raclette (used to be available) or Harz cheese, Appenzeller Räs used to be available too. Also cottage cheese without cream. Unfortunately, this is only available in Germany, where skimmed yoghurt is used instead of cream, perfect.
Many people wish for it, but there are already enough articles on the subject... Unfortunately, people also have to buy the things. Unfortunately, the Swiss don't seem to be so convinced...

Yes, Harzer or Quäse was often mentioned, for example, would be on trend with the fitness hype and is unfortunately only available in Germany

With the current fitness/protein trend that is also growing in Switzerland. The Quäse brand would be ideal to include in the portfolio. Products such as Harzer cheese and low-fat grated cheese would also be perfect for the market. Please look at adding these products to your stock. I would be very pleased and would certainly buy the products

I've been waiting years for Harz cheese in Switzerland. It used to be available in Migros. It was simply the perfect source of protein without sweeteners, meat etc... I really hope that Harzer will be available again soon...
