It's a disaster for me that Nature Skyr hasn't been available since Friday and Saturday. According to the Migros employee, this is a problem throughout Switzerland and it is unknown when the Skyr will be available again.

If something like this causes a catastrophe 🤦♀️ there are heaps of articles here in the forum and in the newspapers about what the reason is. But there are also other stores that offer such a product.
Hello dkljdoiewx, at the beginning of June we introduced a new system to further optimize our processes. Unfortunately, this change has led to logistical challenges, which is why various dairy products are currently unavailable. Due to high demand and in combination with this disruption in logistics, there may be isolated and temporary gaps in our supply.
At this time, it is not possible to make a reliable statement about the duration of the restrictions. Our IT specialists are working flat out to rectify the vulnerability as quickly as possible. Immediate measures, such as replacement purchases, outsourcing of activities and manual picking, have already been implemented. Kind regards, Susi
