We receive a lot of feedback every day, which we take seriously. I can also assure you that the product managers are informed of every report. As here, we have also written to the müesli specialists. The specialist departments then always check the collected feedback on the products from time to time. It is not only the taste that is relevant, but also desired aspects regarding nutritional values, ingredients, for example, making a product vegan or lactose-free and many more. They then analyze further options. However, taste is very individual. The product may be too bland for you and too sweet for someone else. The product managers then have to make decisions that may not suit all customers. I ask for your understanding. You are welcome to tell us your product wishes at any time. We cannot promise to implement them immediately, if at all. I didn't ask for that, but twice the identical answer shows that it's a bit of mass processing. I don't expect the Migros Group to do what I say, but the answers often seem as if they were just said there. By the way, if you take a look at the Müeslis reviews, it sometimes says that it's bland... it is not a single opinion....
