Good morning, dear Migros team

We bought a promotional pack of Exelia Peach & Citrus fabric softener last year (I can't remember exactly when, the receipts on the Cumulus site can't be searched by keyword 😉)

I just wanted to use one of these two packs and found that the fabric softener had become thick. I tried the other pack and got the same result. Both packs have always been kept cool, protected from light and dry in the reduit.

This happened to me once before, but there was only a little left in the pack and so I assumed that I had stored them for too long. With two full packs, still sealed and unopened until just now, I have a bit of trouble throwing away 11 francs or taking the fabric softener to the waste disposal site...

Why does the fabric softener become thick within a short time? This has never happened to me with fabric softener from other brands. I was able to use them for years without the consistency changing.
