The shelves of Exelcat cat food have been empty for weeks. My cats loved this food. I was a good customer. Why are we not informed that the products are no longer being supplied?

Hello Xintia, thank you for your question. We are planning to offer the products in our range again. However, we are currently in negotiations with our supplier and cannot yet tell you when the food will return. We have communicated this with a cat food salesperson in the store. However, we have refrained from communicating this directly to customers. Kind regards, Chloe

first look at migipedia Mars produces the Excelcat products. mars wanted to mark up animal products by over 30% in some cases, which is why Migros and its Epic purchasing cooperative partner Edeka have delisted various Mars products. Rewe DEutschland has also done the same... In addition, there is a packaging bottleneck due to the Corona crisis, resulting in availability problems.
It's available again. Yay!
