Why do I always have to buy 2 or more organic courgettes and one or more conventional ones? In general, individual households are at a great disadvantage because certain packs are simply too big. You always talk about avoiding food waste, but you don't do much yourselves.

As part of this process, we have already succeeded in offering smaller pack sizes for various products. However, the limited space available admittedly presents us with a challenge. In addition, we have not (yet) seen the demand for organic courgettes that we had hoped for. However, the needs and preferences of our customers are subject to constant change. What does this have to do with "limited space"? Surely it doesn't take up any more space in the store if you offer the Zuchetti individually in open sale instead of two pieces next to each other? Sure, the organic ribbon that holds the two Zuchetti together would then be omitted. But then you could label the vegetables differently?

Always these lazy excuses from the marketing department... Open sales don't take up any more space than fixed sizes (kilo packs etc.). And how do you know that there is not enough demand for organic produce if you force individual households to buy conventional produce - or somewhere else where the problem has long been recognized and solved.
