I have absolutely no sympathy for this!
As a consumer, I expect transparency, as practiced by Coop and Manor. There, I don't buy a pig in a poke. At Coop, the perch comes from the Frutigen Tropical House, and at Manor, it's les perches Loë from Raron.
It's a shame that Migros is unable or unwilling to provide information in the interests of its customers. The bad taste this leaves is in keeping with Migros' new strategy.
At least there are more open, customer-oriented suppliers that I will continue to consider in the future.
