Up until five years ago, there was the m-budget grapefruit flavor—it was delicious. Then one fine day, they had the brilliant idea to change the recipe, and it turned into a total disaster.
Then came Tuca Grapefruit, a drinkable alternative (not as good as the old m-budget, but acceptable), and now.... now you’ve made that disappear too?
The only option is Migros Grapefruit?! Seriously?!
It’s not good at all, and you know it (you’ve received plenty of feedback over the past few years).
For heaven’s sake, do your customers a favor—bring back the OLD “m-budget” grapefruit. Go ahead and charge a franc more for it; you’ll still sell twice as much as this current swill.
