I usually bake my tart with butter cake dough when I don’t want to make it myself, but I also think that Migros generally offers very few ready-made doughs made with butter.
The selection could definitely be improved. Especially in a country with a milk surplus.

Yeah, I think that’s a shame, too. Apparently, they’re desperate to foist that vegan palm oil sludge on us. The raw materials are just cheaper than using real butter, even if they have to haul them all the way from the other side of the world. Vegan doughs made with hydrogenated fats do have one small advantage, though: they’re a bit easier to work with. Traditional doughs made with butter tend to get sticky more quickly.
