Dear Migros
The issue has already been raised, unfortunately without success. This sugar made from beet is different from the usual raw sugar made from sugar cane.
Brown sugar or farin sugar is needed for various baked goods. In Switzerland, it can only be bought online at an overpriced price.
Would it be possible for Migros to include Farin sugar in its range for larger stores :-)
