Dear Sir or Madam You award vouchers for 40 points in the M-Cumulus program. Among other things, for bacon (sliced, self-service, without M-Budget, ...). Last week I bought "Bündner Rohspeck" and "Bratspeck IP Suisse". But apparently "Bratspeck IP Suisse" does not count as bacon for you, as you do not award Cumulus bonus points for it. Why are there no bonus points for "Bratspeck IP Suisse"? MfG

I had something similar once. I had a receipt for "All mushrooms" (it said so big on the top). Then I bought mushrooms in a tin. Wasn't deducted, huh? So I asked and it was pointed out to me that the small print (tiny little) says: only fresh mushrooms... Then please put "all fresh mushrooms" in big letters right from the start - you'll feel less like you're being taken for a ride. But I was once deducted from a receipt that I had activated electronically for pork. And I really hadn't bought anything, not even anything with very little pork in it. The lady at the information desk was also quite surprised.

The case has been resolved positively and I would like to thank the Migros Cumulus hotline for their goodwill. The points were subsequently credited unbureaucratically. What remains: There is too much small print, which is deliberately used by companies (for the alleged "technical" errors). However, in my case, after checking, Migros was accommodating. Thank you.

Unbureaucratic? You still believe in the Migros of old. I don't call sending in everything etc. unbureaucratic. On the contrary, I wonder how many customers simply didn't get the points and were de facto cheated and ripped off by M? I think the effort for the voucher promotions and other campaigns is wrong anyway. Just make the prices generally cheaper again like they used to be. This "customer loyalty" has ensured that I no longer buy 80% of my groceries at M as I used to, but only about 20-25% of which is only discounted.
