Not only are they conveniently small and easy to transport because they are packaged in portions, they are also the ideal accompaniment to a salad, a piece of fruit or some dried meat. There are around 30 varieties available in the stores. Half a shelf wall - with fruit, spelt, seeds and... but not one gluten-free. Really, not one, not even from Roland :-(

As we produce gluten-containing Blévitas at our Meilen site and cannot clean the facilities completely gluten-free, it is not possible for us at least to produce gluten-free. With the new rice crackers, however, we offer an alternative for people who want to eat gluten-free products but do not have a gluten allergy. Best regards, Mia
