Please add beef tallow to the Migros range as a cooking fat.

Dear Migros team
I would like to suggest adding beef tallow to your range of products for cooking and frying.
Beef tallow is a classic, natural frying fat that used to be a staple in kitchens and is currently regaining popularity—both among amateur cooks and in the restaurant industry. In my opinion, the advantages are clear:
• Very high smoke point → ideal for searing
• High heat stability → unlike many vegetable oils
• Neutral to pleasant taste
• No industrial processing, no additives
• A sensible alternative to heavily processed seed oils
Many customers today are once again placing value on traditional fats, short ingredient lists, and transparent origins. In my opinion, Swiss-produced beef tallow would fit in very well with Migros' values in terms of quality, sustainability, and regionality.
Currently, beef tallow is hardly available in retail stores in Switzerland and can usually only be found in butcher shops or online stores. A corresponding Migros product (e.g., in a jar or block, clearly labeled as cooking fat) would certainly meet with great interest.
