Is it possible to offer these biscuit bases in small sizes? Something between 18-20 cm in diameter would be great. I often make cakes and sometimes a large one is just too much. And baking an extra sponge for a small cake is too time-consuming for me. I prefer to invest the time in making cakes.

Oh, I would welcome that too! 👍🏻 So far, I've always used the large one, "punched out" the required size with the smaller springform pan and either trimmed the rest of the sponge base or made it into a smaller dessert. But if there was a smaller version, that would be great!
I'm crying or laughing, I don't know. @migros do you really want to offer this as an alternative or was the idea because it's "small" that it could fit😅 But by the way: this is and remains the best sponge base and my dad has been making black forest cake with it for as long as I can remember, or black forest cherry cake since I was old enough😁 Please, please with everything, never take the base away from us, no matter what size, it's soo great😄
