The front of the package shown features a Swiss cross, which gives consumers the impression that the meat is Swiss. However, the meat actually comes from Germany. Isn’t this misleading? To my knowledge, for food products to be eligible to use the Swiss cross under the Swissness Act, 80% of the ingredients must come from Switzerland (and the processing must take place in Switzerland).

Additionally, the M-Check rating on the front of the package is 4 stars, but on the back it is sometimes 3 stars and sometimes just one star. This also seems misleading to me.
