I miss the Appenzeller Räss cheese 1/4 fat. We used to have it on sale in Migros. Not any more! Is it no longer available anywhere? In this day and age when everyone is eating a low-fat "healthy" diet, it would make sense to have a low-fat cheese (that also tastes good) in the range again. The Racelette cheese legere has already been discontinued. Everything low-fat is going! Processed cheese legere (new high protein) is also no longer available everywhere! Troublesome!
