Hello, when I was buying apples the other day I couldn't see whether the apples were harvested this year or last year and stored. Is there any way to find out? And can it happen that early varieties are already from the current season, but late varieties are still from last year? I would be very happy if I could see this on the shelf. Kind regards.

Hello Krilot, thank you for your inquiry. The specialist department informs us that the new harvest apples should be marked "new harvest". With the exception of the Golden and Jona Golden varieties, all apples are currently from the new harvest. Of course, it can happen that there are still late varieties from the last harvest.
