Remember those fluffy rolls you used to find in the refrigerated section?
The ones we'd slip into the oven at weekends, when the house was just starting to wake up.

Recently, over brunch with friends, we realized that each of us had grown up with those same rolls, even though we didn't come from the same household. At home, it was almost a ritual: the warm smell in the kitchen, the little impatience in front of the oven, and the pleasure of biting into that softness.
Today, there are still pre-baked breads, of course, but these... there was something special about them. A fluffy side, not at all found in the new versions...

So, just out of curiosity (and a little wave of nostalgia, because yes, there are worse things in life): do others remember them too? And above all... why did they disappear? 🕵🏻‍♀️🕵🏻‍♂️
