I am very fit, do strength training, am around 40 years old, and cannot get the lid off. It takes a lot of strength. I wonder how older people or people with less strength are supposed to manage it. Absolutely disastrous packaging that should be changed immediately.

Our team has already investigated the problem. Here's a tip that might help: hold the bottle under hot water for about 10 seconds. This will release the vacuum and make the lid easier to open. You can also pierce the lid with an awl, for example, to release the vacuum that holds the lid in place.
