With a few exceptions, ALL yogurts - even ORGANIC ones! - contain a thickener: waxy corn starch!
(and soon, palm oil? watch out! under the name of "vegetable binder").
This addition gives these yogurts a floury feel...
Whereas powdered milk, added to the milk used to make the yogurts, made them more consistent ... while using up some of our excess milk production!

At least organic yogurts should contain ONLY dairy products ... and fruit!
