Hello Migipedia
I would find it very helpful if the following information was available for each product:
- In which Migros can I find it (M, MM, MMM, etc.)?
- Where in Migros can I find it (with which other products?)
It is very tedious to always have to search for something and Migipedia would actually be ideal for this

In our Migros market (MMM) it happens again and again that the article 7616700187045, which has a shelf life of about 1 week, is not in stock or only 1 copy is left. With my 3 weekly purchases (Mon-May-Fri), I now know that it is never available on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday often only 1 copy is available, I often have to go to a second Migros (MM) because of this article. I always ask the staff with these ordering devices when an item is missing, in the hope that the item will be restocked by 1-2 copies, unfortunately this has been a problem since the market launch.
I have a great deal of understanding if specialty items, even if they have a relatively long shelf life, are only kept in small quantities. However, it would certainly be worth considering if Migipedia had an entry option for rare products (store, item no., quantity/week) or if you ask the staff about a sold-out item, they would also ask if you buy it regularly and in what quantity/week. I don't mean a reservation or items that are not provided in this M-store, but an ordering aid.
Incidentally, I always believed that Migros reorders on the basis of the debits at the checkout (as is the case with the SAP software) and that these ordering devices are just an additional aid. There can also be incorrect deliveries and thefts... Couldn't this also be used to note customer requests for sold-out items?

Thank you very much for your messages. Making a note of where the products are available seems like a good idea to me - especially for specialty products. I will be happy to pass on your request. I will also take this opportunity to ask again how the reordering of such items works.

The case I described happened 3 days ago last Tuesday. Tuesday because we brought forward our Wednesday morning shopping because of this problem in order to get hold of some of this rare item.
Today, Friday, the same problem: shopping in MMM, item sold out, on request: subsequent delivery is in the afternoon, Jowa is responsible for the delivery and not the store.
Another trip to the smaller MM, the 2 items we wanted were available. Here, too, we got talking to the person responsible, who told us that she could reorder them without any problems and that if we ordered by 11 a.m., delivery would be on the afternoon of the following day. She also offered us that if we ever needed larger quantities (e.g. after the vacations in order to stock up again), she would place an extra order within the specified deadlines.
Of course, you could tell immediately that there was another commitment behind this. We are also considering changing our shopping habits, even if the MM is further away.
The logic: it can't be in Migros' interests if customers have to run from one Migros to another. This also means that continuity in the sale of the rare item is lost because we regularly post the item year in, year out. Is it perhaps possible that the smaller MM is more attentive because there is a Coop nearby?

Your request is déjà vu!
At the very beginning of Migipedia you could click on a "button" next to the product with the approximate text "Availability". A new window then opened where you could enter the zip code of the desired store in a field. After clicking again, you were "prompted" and the stores were displayed with their addresses.
I suspect that the system did not provide reliable information, because after some time the option disappeared after a system update, and nobody mourned it!
