My wish is that there would be a vegetarian lasagna in Migros that would be made from whole grain and have a maximum of 450kcal per 1 whole lasagna

Great suggestion. For me, one with a maximum of 225 calories ;-P. And everything should be as healthy as possible, with lots of vegetables, good protein, not too much and high-quality fat. Maybe as a Subito small portion for the microwave?
