Just read an article about the vegan boiled eggs. Customers find this product "absolutely disgusting" or "only edible with salad dressing. I keep asking myself, why do vegans have to have products that look and taste like animal products? If someone decides to go vegan, it's just that there are no more eggs, period. And no more pseudo burgers or sausages and whatnot. Be consistent, you don't need anything that looks or tastes like it comes from animals. Then you won't need any more products that taste "absolutely disgusting" (quote from Pascal Michel's article). And waste a lot of energy to boot.
