Why do I have to bring a bag with me to the filling station for "unpackaged" food or use a pointless plastic bag? I would like to be able to fill rice, for example, into a jar or Tupperware.

This is probably due to the fact that the scales are calibrated to these plastic bags (this weight is deducted; Tupperware is significantly heavier and there are different weights depending on the Tupperware)...
You can bring your own container of choice to the unpackaged stores (not Migros, but luckily there are other shops🙂) and fill it. Whether it's a Tupperware, tin can or storage jar, it's no problem.

I am aware of this, but in normal unpacked stores they have also found solutions for this.

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately there is no other store near me apart from Migros where I could buy food without packaging. Otherwise I would have gone to an unpackaged store.

Migros is just not a "normal unpackaged store", such stores definitely have a better handle on it than Migros or Migros is still in its infancy in this respect, at Migros everything always takes an eternity while others and the competition have long since moved on...
