Also change packaging too often. So the chaos is perfect.
It feels like that at every supermarket and discount store. New products come in, old ones go. What's more, people's shopping habits are changing. I recently saw a video of Hitchies treats and a Rewe saleswoman explained this... There are also seasonal products that are needed more depending on the season

I thought I was the only one who was constantly getting upset and looking around stupidly... I also find it exaggerated how often the packaging designs are changed, especially in Migros, even the names of the products are sometimes changed, so I'm always really unsure whether I've bought the correct product. It's also annoying that the shelves are constantly changing. With a nervous toddler with me, it makes every purchase an absolute gauntlet, simply horror! Dear Migros, why don't you pay your retail employees, who do a great, hard job day after day, a higher wage instead of investing the money in redesigning the packaging? This will only make customers angry in the long run and even as a long-time Migros customer, the longer you do this, the more you will think about avoiding Migros in the future, especially because of the enormous price increases.
