I was in the Migros store in Niederurnen today and bought CHF 59.45 and the cashier only gave me 2 stickers for my suitcase. I asked the cashier (as the amount I had paid was almost enough for 3) if she could give me a 3rd sticker, she said no. As there were several other customers waiting in line, I didn't want to get into a long discussion. As there were still several customers waiting in line, I didn't want to get into a lengthy discussion. my question now: is it really handled so strictly that I have to have reached the exact amount to receive a sticker? This woman at the checkout today usually works in the meat department. My observation is that there are always customers who don't take part in such campaigns and do without Kleberli or the like.

I think they stick strictly to this approach, as the next customer might complain at 59 francs, the next but one at 58 and so on.
What's more, the receipt shows how much you actually get...

Somehow I understand the good woman and you can't even blame her for the trouble: She simply miscalculated .... an advantage of Subito Self Scanning...
I don't know the reason why self-scanning was not used for this amount: 1) not available ? 2) Cash payment ? 3) General uncertainty about the operation of Self Scanning ?
Hence my unconventional suggestion to Migros, if 2) or 3) applies: Why not allow self-scanning only for adding up and then simply hand in the scanner at the checkout after the purchase? From Migros' point of view, this could perhaps still win one or two "self-scanners"... and for some customers the uncertainty of using SelfScanning would be gone.

Hello @heiro15,
Retailers must adhere to the guideline value of 1 sticker per Fr20. If a goodwill gesture were possible, a limit would have to be set, which in turn would dissolve the guideline value of Fr 20.

Hello, it depends on the store and the staff.
I haven't received a second sticker for SFr. 39.95 either.
