Have you also noticed that this pre-wash cleaner has been very difficult to apply to the stains recently and that it doesn't spread well? I've tried it out: It's not the sprayer, it's the solution. I have now switched to a competitor's product.

I already had problems with the pre-wash cleaner before. I then blamed my spray, thinking it was defective. But as it turned out, it wasn't the spray.

Hello knausgard, thank you for your feedback! These are the article numbers. The batch numbers usually start with L or are a mixture of numbers and letters. You can also send us a photo of the packaging if you are unsure. Best regards, Milena

Sali knausgard, thank you for your feedback. Sorry for replying so late. The manufacturer took a little longer to clarify the situation. The formulation of the pre-wash cleaner was launched on the market in spring 2016 with an improved formula. The revised product now contains enzymes that are better at removing even stubborn stains and soiling. The enzymes made a higher viscosity necessary. We therefore had the current pre-wash cleaner extensively tested and critically evaluated in consumer tests before its market launch - and the spray performed well.
