Tom will not play

Tom lässt siich nicht abspielen

I've had a new problem since yesterday.
Suddenly Tom can no longer be played. There is only a broken sound. The bar at the bottom showing the progress of the story goes to the end after a second.

Do you know what could be wrong? Can you help? Many thanks in advance.
