Need help. The app never shows me stamp cards, even though I have reinstalled the app. Does anyone have any tips on how I can fix this?

The day before yesterday, Tuesday, I was able to activate it and already collected 2 stamps - today a fault is displayed, but it will only be temporary, no reason for a new installation.
Hello Bastal If there is no stamp card visible for you in the M-APP, I recommend that you send your request directly to cumulus@migros.ch. It is best to send a screenshot and your device data with it. Your request can then be checked in more detail by the technical department. Best regards and have a nice day! Sofia
