Normal and Light ground steak

I've looked at these two products several times. I read the labels carefully and could never find any difference.

Both have exactly the same amounts of fat, carbohydrates, protein, salt and calories. Only the price and packaging are different.

I asked the butcher, who didn't know, and MIgros, who never gave me an answer.

So what's the deal?
