"We're sorry, but we don't have the range under control! Unfortunately, we can't offer everything in every store! or it has been removed from the range, as we do almost every day! We don't care, please choose another product!" -sarcasm off- But you can order it online at Migros! Alnatura already has a few branches in Switzerland. At the moment it looks like Alnatura products can only be obtained from Migros, including online. Alternatively, Rapunzel soy schnetzel is available from other suppliers.

Then have a look at Alnatura Soja Schnetzel grob. You seem to be a phlegm 🧐 I put it in the caddy today (Aare). Were perhaps the last 🤷🏻♀️

Soja Schnetzel....never heard or seen it before, as I actually only order online from migros. I definitely have to try it out, I'm always on the lookout for plant-based protein sources that taste good. The reviews are also very positive. And organic from Europe, also good. Thanks for drawing my attention to it :o) I just have to find out how to prepare it and what tastes best with it.

Soy cutlets are a huge enrichment, they are really great. I don't buy Alnatura for reasons, but I used to buy soy shreds from them and they are very good, so you can't say anything about them. But there are many brands and you can find them in almost every store. I know them from Indian recipes, in India 40% are vegetarians and there is nothing missing in taste. Here is a basic recipe https://www.chefkoch.de/amp/rezepte/3274371486501413/Veganes-Soja-Chicken-Korma.html and simply soften in the ground (in bouillon, take up several times the volume. Or cook it in "wet" ingredients and it will automatically change from a watery to a firmer consistency (e.g. tomato) and use it like sliced meat.
Bodenseechnusperli Thank you very much for your reply! I can't wait to see how they taste. I like to cook Indian food very much and often. And thanks for the link, I'll have a look at it now.
