The "old" very familiar Migros branch in Roggwil (BE) has no longer existed since around mid-August 2012. Instead, the entire sales area was converted into a VOI (Migros partner).
Unfortunately, the entire staff was also replaced, as was the customer friendliness! The "new" Migros Roggwil no longer has any real flair, some of the goods are not very fresh (packaged meat has already started to tarnish), if I go there at 4.30 pm and want to buy bread, I have practically no choice and the freshness also leaves something to be desired.....
I personally think the new concept is a shame. I'll probably prefer to go to Migros Murgenthal in future, they still know what customer friendliness means :-(
