Does Migros intend to offer vegan sour cream (like Vega from Dr. Oetker, which can be bought in Edeka, for example) or vegan quark? I like shopping in Switzerland, but always have to go to Germany for such things (we live very close) and then sometimes buy the rest of the things there too, as I don't have the time to post in two places. It would be great if these products were also available in Migros.

Hello Doegg, thank you very much for your contribution. There is good news: we are currently working on producing an alternative to quark. However, we don't yet know when it will be available on the shelves. You can already find V-Love Soy Cuisine in the cream section. We would be happy to take your input on offering a sour cream too. How much soy flour is actually in this oil drink that consists of 30% palm oil? I would just be interested to know how much or how little soy is enough to make it the main ingredient in the description (question to Migros gerichte).

Piuuuuu 1% soy is really cheeky. Great report, thank you. You just have zero trust in this brand, which suggests healthy, organic, good for animal welfare. And then something like this, not everyone turns the packaging like we do and reads the ingredients. But as I said, I'm glad the palm oil is coming out. The most unhealthy of all. V-Love is finally improving or will hopefully be removed again. Zero structure and goal, so far pure eyewash, like with palm oil and barn eggs (where none would be needed) oh never mind.
I also think it's pretty cheeky, even if it's probably correctly declared according to food legislation. I only look at the list of ingredients for all products before I buy something, and I've long since stopped believing anything that's "boldly" advertised on the front of the packaging. Everything can be made to look good with marketing... The truth is always hidden in the small print. Yes, I also think it's good that Migros has reacted and revised the recipe. It doesn't affect me because I can't tolerate anything with soy, but it does affect many people, so let's see what comes of it.

"Water, hydrogenated palm kernel oil and palm oil 29%, dextrose, maltodextrin, soy flour 1%, emulsifiers: E435, E472b, soy lecithin and E475, thickeners: E461, locust bean gum and E407, stabilizer: sodium phosphate, table salt".
The nutritional values per 100ml would be: 288kcal/1190kJ, fat: 30g, of which saturated fatty acids: 25g, carbohydrates: 4g, of which sugar: 3g, fiber and protein: each

Bad.....
When I see this list of ingredients (and not just for this product, but also for meat substitutes etc.), I remain an omnivore or stick to meat, fish, cream, milk, cheese etc. It's all just too artificial for me, even if it's vegan... That's my personal opinion; and I don't want to start a discussion here about why vegan is better than animal products etc.
