I think it's great that ready-made ratatouille is available to buy at all! If it were also available in organic quality, I would think that would be phenomenal! Tasty, varied vegetables: 100% healthy. That would be something!

Doing it yourself is always the best. But if you don't have the time/desire to do it, it's really practical to have it ready to go?
