I don't have this problem!
After reading this post, I checked a few products.
I see more posts, e.g. 11 product comments for Skai cinnamon gum.
The same applies to Rafaello from Ferrero. Rafaello then displays the following at the bottom: "Load more comments"
I clicked on it and was then able to read all 22 posts!
Do you have this display? Try it this way, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do.

Thank you for your help. If I display the ratings for a specific product, I can also see all of them. However, I am interested in the new reviews for all products across the board, i.e. those that are displayed when you load the 'start page'. Unfortunately, there are currently only 5 ? - it would be cool if the last 24 hours or the last 100 etc. were displayed.
Depending on the rating, I could be tempted to buy the product?
