Hello A few weeks ago I had a roast shoulder of veal at Migros Restaurant Olten. Unfortunately, it was extremely tough and hardly edible. Not even a free piece of leather like that. Too bad. The ragout (I can't remember whether it was veal or beef) was also extremely tough. I will now have to drive a few meters further to eat at the competition.
