When I was able to redeem my full card, I was really excited to see what was inside the package. I was thrilled! It really was a great selection, you can use everything inside, no junk, no advertising, just great Migros products from home.
A big compliment to Migros, this is really a great idea to reward loyal customers. Keep it up! Many thanks to those responsible.

After 3 weeks of collecting and sticking, I was told today in Migros that the packages are unfortunately out of stock. A huge shame after luring customers into the stores with this advertising. Migros has probably never screwed its customers like this before. But it will be the last time for me. Hopefully this will make waves in the consumer forums and Migros will be pilloried. Shame on you

Due to the great success of this promotion, the surprise packages are already sold out in some stores. Unfortunately, it is not possible to produce more. If you have a full trading card, you should still not go away empty-handed! Please contact the store staff with your full collection card and we will give you the value of the surprise package, namely CHF 20, as a discount on your purchase until 24.03.2014.

My goodness you mothbones, be glad you get a 20.- discount instead of products that you probably wouldn't need anyway and whose value is probably less than 20.-. If I could choose, I would definitely opt for the 20. It's unbelievable how certain people can get upset about something like this.

The mothbones are in the other forum on the topic. Take a better look. If people are generating sales for 320 because they're hoping for a surprise, disappointment is plausible. Not everyone can just fork out the cash.
You probably don't know whether and which products I can use. Or do you work for Mike Shiva? Even if there had been something in the package that I didn't want, I would have given it away to my friends. As you can see, the discussion is getting pretty theoretical. If this kind of thing annoys you, just don't read it and don't fuel the discussion.

If it's the surprise you're after, then buy a surprise bag for 2 at the kiosk.
You write "not everyone can just fork out the cash". I agree with you. But then you write that you might give the things away. So the 20 discount is the better deal, isn't it? And anyone who only buys for 360 because of the package is beyond help anyway.
Besides, I'd like to hear the outcry if Migros had overcharged and had to dispose of thousands of packages.
Oh yes, I suspect that Migros wrote the words "as long as stocks last" somewhere and therefore theoretically wouldn't have had to give out any more.

there are still surprise packages in sempach (LU)!!!
i don't like it: i have a full card and thought that i would get a 20fr voucher for it - but no, i have to redeem the card by 24.3 otherwise the value expires. we are only 2 people and have often bought more in the past, just to spend 20fr and get one more sticker.
those with the surprise package don't have to have eaten the contents by 24.3 either!!!

There were no more parcels for me either! But I bought a Migros gift card for the 20 so that I could extend the receipt, so to speak ;-).
@Kathrin: Oh yes, I felt the same... And without the surplus stickers from my mommy, I probably wouldn't even have been able to fill a card.
