Hi Noemi Thanks for the prompt reply! I can't help; I don't have a cell phone (really!). I know what a screenshot is, but how you would sausage one into the composter, if I had a shot, is off limits for me.4 glg, u... aka lupo

You don't need a cell phone to take a screenshot :) Usually it's "Alt" plus "Print", then a photo of your screen is taken. You can simply insert the image in the customer service form. At the end under the text field there is a button with "Attach file" or something similar. Click on it, select photo, send
