I have saved the shopping voucher in my account. During the payment process, however, I was only able to select the stored credit card. Do you have any instructions on how I can redeem the voucher at SubitoGO? Unfortunately, the infoline I called couldn't help.

Hello Loxiran, thank you very much for your question. The following payment methods are accepted at subitoGo: Mastercard, Visa, Postfinance, Amex, Twint. Migros gift cards can only be used in combination with a registered account, Twint or credit card. Best regards, Matteo

I can't really help because I don't use SubitoGo. But I had a look at what happens when I call up SubitoGo. The first thing I see is a page with an orange bar that says "Start purchase". Below that there are five white bars to click on; the first one is called "My payment methods". When I click on this, I first have to enter my PIN, after which all the payment options that I have already entered in the Migros app under PORTEMONNAIE / BEZAHLEN MIT DER APP appear. Is that not the case for you? Another thought: Could it be that the gift card was not displayed when I made the purchase because the balance on it was too small to pay for the purchase?

Yes, I know that too. But then again: Perhaps SubitoGo is (incorrectly?) set up so that the gift card only appears for payment if it has sufficient credit. You say that only the credit card was available. Have you entered any other payment options in the app apart from the gift card, for example Twint?

Hello Loxiran, partial payments are not possible. This means that if the remaining amount on your gift card is not sufficient for the entire shopping cart, it cannot be used for the purchase (this is different at the checkouts). Best regards, Susi

Hello Loxiran, I can't promise you whether it will be possible to redeem the gift card at some point like at the normal checkout. I am happy to pass on your suggestion. You can redeem your gift card there:
- in all "orange M branches" - in the specialist stores (Do it+Garden, Micasa, melectronics, SportXX and SportXX Outdoor as well as Bike World by SportXX - also online) - at the Migros Club School - at Ex Libris - in the Alnatura organic supermarket - at Migros Ferien - at OBI - in most Migros restaurants - at all Migrol petrol stations (store and vending machine station) both for the purchase of fuel, car wash and store items Best regards, Susi
