Good morning, dear Migipedia team!
I am a high school student and made cheese in biology class. The basis for this was organic milk and a teaspoon of organic yoghurt Nature from Migros.
Now I want to investigate how exactly these bacteria have led to the creation of cheese. It would be very interesting to find out exactly which ones are in the yoghurt in question. The list of ingredients only mentions 'milk proteins'.
Would it be possible to find this out? It would be very helpful for my work.
