Migros and the breads

Migros und die Brote

The things that have been happening in bread production at Migros recently are simply incomprehensible. Like the substitute called rye sourdough bread, for example. I can only shake my head. It's clearly wheat bread. I was just in Alnatura in Constance on Monday and stocked up on delicious breads again. They have PURE DINKELBROTE light, dark, with yeast, with baking ferment, with sourdough, PURE RYE BREAD with sourdough, with yeast, without yeast.........Simply fantastic. And they taste heavenly. So it's all the sadder to see here at Migros how they can't even manage to make pure rye bread, let alone make it taste good. They can't do it and then they have the cheek to constantly try to prove themselves right and deceive us customers with false bread names. The previous rye bread was good and deserved the name. But the replacement is a disaster. It tastes like soap and is a wheat bread. A big lie. Even the so-called potato bread, for example - it contains just 7% potato flakes and is grandly called potato bread. Yes, dear Migros, take a leaf out of the book of German bakers who can bake great bread without additives and are pure...............
