I find the sample form from Migros Ostschweiz less than ideal and would like to use an example to illustrate this: The following are required: surname, first name, telephone, e-mail, date of arrival, time of departure, table number, I particularly object to *these two time details* because mistakes can very often happen here and you can end up in quarantine through no fault of your own if, for example, the following scenario occurs: Customer A occupies the table from 16h15 to 16h45, but mistakenly writes 15h15 to 15h45 - Customer B writes the time correctly from 15h15 to 15h45. Customer A is tested positive and customer B ends up in quarantine through no fault of his own... Migros restaurants have walk-in customers, so no table reservations by phone and these times are rather counterproductive - in my opinion, the terms morning, noon, afternoon would be better to mark or underline, because there is more leeway... I am referring to a discussion at the next table - where this topic was discussed - only with the difference of the deliberate time indication.... which does not happen with reasonable people... but making a mistake with the time is human.
