Ok, according to the message from Saturday morning, it was on Sunday. But why couldn't I redeem any digital vouchers on Saturday? Approx. 11 a.m. MM Baden.

Good question... the vouchers were activated when you tried to redeem them? (it has happened before that this did not work because the reception was not so good).
Can you also tell me which smartphone, which version and which operating system you are using? Then I'll pass the information on to the people responsible for the app.

Iphone6 IOS9.1. all coupons/vouchers are activated in the app and have been displayed and deducted with the cumulus card during checkout. At best, the Migros WLAN interfered when I opened the app. In my opinion, however, the functions with card and app should be identical as all data must be stored on the cumulus servers in order to have full autonomy

Thanks for the information about the phone. Unfortunately, from a distance it is relatively difficult to understand where the problem might lie.
Have you tried again in the meantime and if so, did it work then? If it works when you try again, it could really be due to a connection or recognition problem.
It is also important that you always use the latest version of the app. We are constantly working to improve the system so that there are regular updates.

No further attempt possible at the moment due to limited mobility. According to a Migros cashier, cumulus vouchers generally do not work on the iphone????
It also doesn't seem logical to me that this should work via the APP. The checkout server must know all activated vouchers and offer them for redemption as soon as the conditions are met

At the beginning, the redemption of Cumulus vouchers on the iPhone did not work properly.
However, our technical staff fixed the problem immediately. In the meantime, everything should also work with the iPhone.
That's why I wrote yesterday that it's important to update regularly. It may be helpful to check briefly whether you already have the latest version.

For security reasons, payment with the digital blue vouchers is not processed in the same way as with the discount and multiple point vouchers: In order for the digital blue vouchers to be used for payment, the QR code in the app (under "Wallet") must be scanned at the checkout (or Subito station).

What is the security problem here? I identify myself with my Cumulus card or the QR code in the APP and then expect full access to all vouchers and offers. The advantage of the APP is that I don't have to lug around a lot of paper receipts.

It happens from time to time that a Cumulus card is left lying around - either because it has been forgotten due to carelessness or because it has fallen on the floor. If the person at the checkout doesn't realize that it's a card that's been left behind and (perhaps out of habit) swipes it over the scanner (or the card falls onto the scanner window for some other reason or the EAN code is accidentally scanned because it's not protected), your activated Cumulus credit is gone. This is just one example, Migros will certainly be able to tell you about other security problems.
But you don't need to hand over your smartphone; the QR code can be scanned using a hand scanner. And if not, you will certainly be more concerned about getting it back and storing it properly than you might be with an ordinary card.
It also gives you the opportunity to decide at the last moment whether you really want to pay with the Cumulus credit or in some other way (because you remember, for example, that your credit card is currently awarding more bonus points than usual).
However, the main security feature will be that it is really you, as the owner of the Cumulus credit, who uses it and not someone else.
