Marinated IP-Suisse grilled meat - much too strongly seasoned

mariniertes IP-Suisse Grillfleisch - viel zu stark gewürzt

Dear Migros Unfortunately, the marinated meat has become so over-seasoned (since last year), especially with far too much pepper, that I now wash off the marinade every time before I put the meat on the barbecue. Even then, it is far too strongly seasoned, as the marinade is also absorbed. It can't be right that you don't notice anything about the meat apart from the seasoning and then you're thirsty every time after eating the meat. And yes, I've already reported it to the Migros infoline and what do they write to me in all seriousness (?): "Thank you for contacting us and for your feedback about our marinated meat.

So that we can follow up on your tip and rule out any errors in production, we would ask you to send us these details about the product: - the barcode or article number - the lot number The article number is located near the Migros logo and contains a 7- or 12-digit sequence of numbers. You will also generally find the lot number next to the best-before date. It usually starts with the letter L or a mixture of letters and numbers. Alternatively, you can send us pictures of the packaging (where this information can be seen) in response to this message or via WhatsApp on 0800 84 0848." Sorry, but is it okay? I don't keep the packaging or take pictures of it, do I? Either you get this standard reply here or from the Infoline. Does anyone at Migros actually think about what exactly they are writing? Or is this simply a "scam" to get rid of unpleasant customers? In any case, I'm thinking more and more about switching to Coop. The trend at Migros seems to be to drive customers away rather than keep them...
