If you have a problem, the M-Infoline is there for you. That used to be the case when they could help me by phone. Now you have to send us an email with your request. It's hard to understand via WhatsApp, it won't be any different via email. Help is a pain in the ass in German.... I wouldn't recommend the M-Infoline via telephone or WhatsApp because you can't expect any help anyway.
