The Migros restaurant currently offers a puzzle cube or belt with the Lilibiggs children's menu. Unfortunately, the Lilibiggs puzzle cube only gave my children (four and five years old) a minute of pleasure, as it fell apart in their hands when they tried to turn it. Sad for the children and tedious for the parents who have to comfort the children again.

I am very sorry that the quality of the puzzle cubes was not quite perfect. We carry out quality controls abroad, which are subject to strict criteria, but with a production of this size it can unfortunately still happen that errors creep in.
The Lilibiggs children's menu of Fr. 6.50 includes food like the adults, i.e. free choice from the entire daily menu, 2 dl drink or ice cream. A gift is offered as standard. With a price of Fr. 6.50, it is unfortunately not always possible to produce absolutely high-quality toys. However, we always try to produce useful and creative gifts.
We ask you to exchange the defective cubes for new ones in the store and hope that these cubes will then last so that your children are no longer sad.

Unfortunately, the cube never left the restaurant as it was disposed of immediately.

If this happens again, you can always contact the sales staff directly. I had a quick chat with the people in charge. Unfortunately, we no longer have any replacement cubes in stock.
