Delays in delivery are unpredictable and depend on many factors. These are mentioned daily in the media, be it ship congestion, loss of containers and, above all, lack of staff to keep the trucks moving. Furthermore, missing products do not endanger our lives like undelivered medicines.I received my last online medi order even without beta blockers!

Can't you even deal with normal criticism? I have never mentioned that it harms our lives....

Exactly, above all the person writes as if they were a Migros employee

@indios, I noticed that too. I have read through a few posts where very detailed answers are given. But there doesn't seem to be anything official behind it, in any case I don't notice this and I certainly expect a Migros employee to react impartially. I was already looking forward to the Migros response 😅

Hello @Janne Thank you for your message. Do you mean products from Migros Online? In order to be able to answer you correctly, we would need to know exactly which products you mean and which customer account you are referring to. The best way to do this is to contact Migros Online directly and list the relevant products: https://support.migros.ch/hc/de/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000812280 Best regards Sebastian

If I may also say so, I am also interested in the budget iceberg lettuce, for example. It hasn't been in the store for weeks and the staff won't give me an answer or don't know.

I have to agree with you and those who are dependent on medication have often had problems since Corona that they (still) got what they urgently needed, I felt the same way last week with 2 medications, that's what happens when you produce medication out of greed for money in developing countries and then sell it here at high prices in pharmacies, KK pays jo. As far as the lack of everyday products is concerned, you are welcome to read about it here. https://www.tagesschau.de/wirtschaft/weltwirtschaft/containerstau-hafen-hamburg-101.html

I check the website for products that I need immediately. Under "Availability in store" you can see what's in stock. However, if it is very low, you may not be able to get the product after all (this has often happened recently, even though nothing was sold during the night). However, there seems to be a lot of theft at the moment, so the computerized stock level is of course no longer correct. I got this information when I had to go through the highly complicated process of buying Gilette razor blades. For security reasons, you buy and pay for a small card, with which you can then pick up the blades at the information desk - together with the till receipt, of course. AND the lady at the information desk also has to check the receipt to make sure you don't come back twice. No joke! Well, this is not a product that is needed every day, the term "self-service store" is no longer correct here. But that's just an aside. Back to the empty shelf: this week's budget dishwasher detergent. No idea when it will be back, they say. But the one from handy is in action. Coincidence? Customer service? I think positive and assume the former, but a quick check shows that Rosenberg Winterthur still has 24 Budget dishwasher cleaners in stock. Budget machine cleaners in stock! MIGROS: That's a week later. False pretenses?!? (Migros: I would like an answer to that. And please without "not considered" and "no customer demand", thank you) Okay, sorry, Janne. So much text for nothing. But if Migros doesn't have its published stock levels under control, how is it supposed to compile a useful list of delivery delays? PS, wrong message quoted, my message refers to the original post.
