Hello, unfortunately I've lost my appetite for vegetable mixes. More and more of them contain additional types of sugar and flavor enhancers that make the eating experience visibly worse and cause unnecessary discomfort. Back to basics, please. Just vegetables, nothing else. Thank you.

Basically, we can say that the unseasoned vegetable mixtures do not contain any additional sugars or flavor enhancers. did you perhaps notice the sugar in the creamed spinach? This comes from the cream and its natural lactose content, for example.

I only ever buy the unseasoned frozen vegetables, as I often don't like the seasoning mix.
